Yeah, it's a lot easier than it looks on tv. They kept telling me to make a pained look, but I forgot. Did I get something from Floyd? Well, I'm not sure what you might be talking about, but I will say this. A lot of people ask me if I'm on something. What am I on? I'm on my bike 45 minutes a day. just do it.
